Penalties & Fines

Penalty for unauthorized hydrant use within a 12-month period:

• 1^st  offense          $1,000
• 2^nd offense          $2,000
• 3^rd  offense          $4,000

Penalty for using a non-approved or un-inspected tank within a 12-month period:

• $2,000

These penalties also apply to permitted bulk water users with expired permits.  It is the permit holder’s responsibility to schedule a tank inspection prior to the permit’s expiration date.

TVWD reserves the right to revoke bulk water permits for violations to its Rules and Regulations.
